Like the famous bumper sticker says, I love New York. I love the history, the energy, the museums, and Broadway. Some of my dearest friends live in the Big Apple and it is home to Simon & Schuster, the publisher of my books.
 
My first book series, Dead City, was set entirely in New York and the first chapters of City Spies take place in the city when Mother and Sydney come to recruit Brooklyn. It's also the setting for the final chapters of Mission Manhattan.
